If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, absolutely unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at eric@orfelie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at eric@orfelie.com.

Return Freight and Liability

When sending back an item to us, please make sure to use a respectable courier such as UPS or FedEx and make sure the item is fully insured. The cost of the return freight will be payable by you - just as you will be liable for the item until we have signed for it's receipt.

Custom Duties & Taxes
Please note that any customs duties and sales taxes paid for the return items are non-refundable through us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and make sure it's resolved as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for any used items or any items that have any damages, scratches or worn marks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The simplest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have received, and once the return has been accepted, to make a separate purchase for the new item via the eshop.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
